Current work hours are:
Monday 1.30 – 6.30pm
Tuesday 10am – 6.30 pm
Wednesday 2pm – 6.30pm
Thursday 2pm – 6.30pm
Saturday 10am – 1pm (alternating)
Please note that appointments from 6 to 6.30pm are for telehealth consultations only.
What to do when you cannot get an appointment
Please book with another GP or one of the GP registrars at the Practice to ensure continuity of care. You can request to be put on the cancellation list and you will be called if an earlier appointment becomes available with Dr Michelle (this happens frequently), The GP Registrars are under the supervision of Dr Michelle, and she is happy to come into the consult to be involved in your care. Please ask the GP Registrar if you would like Dr Michelle to be involved when you are with them, they won’t mind.
How to get results
It is essential that you receive all results either in person or by telehealth (phone or video). You may receive a text asking that you book a follow-up appointment. If you have not heard anything, please do NOT assume that everything is fine. Sometimes there are issues with results coming through so it is important that you discuss your results with Dr Michelle. You will be called if any urgent results come to the Practice either by Dr Michelle or one of the other GPs in her absence.
